How do I receive my license key?

Your license key is delivered via email immediately after your purchase is processed -- usually within minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. You can also contact us at support@vsfsecurity-software.com if you need it resent.

How do I activate my software?

Download the installer from the link in your order confirmation email. Run the installer, then enter your license key when prompted. Activation requires an internet connection. If you need help, our support team is available via email or phone.

How many devices can I install on?

The number of devices depends on the plan you purchased. Check your order confirmation for details. If you need to cover additional devices, you can purchase additional licenses or upgrade to a higher-tier plan.

Does my license auto-renew?
